The 2019 Vermont Senior Games Track and Field Championships will be held on Sunday, June 9, 2019 at Burlington High School in Burlington, Vermont. Field events Start at 9:00 AM and running events at 10:00 AM.

2019 is a non-qualifying year but the timing of this meet, just one week before the 2019 National Senior Games track and field events are held in Albuquerque, New Mexico, makes it an ideal tune-up event. Even if you are not going to the national meet, this is a great opportunity to get together with old friends or meet new ones while participating and competing in a healthy, fun event.

Check-in and bib pick-up starts at 8:00 am; Declaration for all events is 30 minutes before the event. Running events will begin with the 50M and continue one after the other, with a break between the 100M and 400M. Field Events will have a 15-minute warm up after the first call. Medals will be awarded to first, second, and third place winners in 5-year age brackets.

Running event order: 50M, 1500M, 100M, lunch break, 400M, 800M, 200M
