Exciting news! The Vermont Senior Games is excited to announce that we have agreed to partner with the Sprinticity Track Club to stage a track and field meet at Burlington High School on Saturday July 13, 2019. The 5th annual Sprinticity Classic will be a great opportunity for VSG athletes to participate in a competition with others as young as age 7!

For VSG athletes, there are THREE registration options:

  • Those who registered for the previously-scheduled June 9 meet, which was cancelled, and stated that they wanted to participate in the Sprinticity Classic will be automatically registered. You do not need to do anything.
  • Registration for all athletes in this meet will be through, as explained in the meet link. VSG athletes can easily create an account and register there.
  • Finally, VSG athletes can contact Games Coordinator George Moltz at, or at 802-779-5119 and he will make sure that you are entered. Please note that the registration deadline in July 10.

Also, be aware that the registration fee includes several terrific features. First of all,Event times and distances will be computerized via 802 Timing and feature immediate results. In addition, all VSG athletes will receive coupons for free drink and food items, and a $10 off offer at Fleet Feet in Essex Junction.

We hope to see a great turnout of VSG athletes on July 13. We do apologize for the short notice but there were a lot of details to negotiate to make this event possible.

VSGA Track and Field competitions will use the USA Track and Field rules as modified by the National Senior Games Association rules.
