The Vermont Senior Games is pleased to announce that this year’s VSG 10 K Road Race will be the 46th annual Art Tudhope 10K Road Race. VSG will once again be partnering the Green Mountain Athletic Association to present the event, to be held at 9:00 am on Saturday, October 5, 2019 in Charlotte.
This race will be a Certified (VT13007JK) 10K out and back through Charlotte. It is a fast course with a mix of dirt and paved roads and pleasant scenery – apple orchards, views along Lake Champlain, and the covered bridge at the turn around point. The start and finish is at Shelburne Beach and proceeds along Bostwick, Orchard, and Lake roads. Water stops are at 2 and 4 miles.
Anyone at least 50 years old by December 31, 2019 may dual-register on the GMAA registration form for the 2018 Vermont Senior Games 10K Road Race Championship. Dual-registration makes runners 50+ eligible to win Gold, Silver or Bronze medals for men and women in each 5-year age group.
Non-Vermont residents are eligible to compete; Vermont is an “Open” state.

Pre-registration is encouraged, and only $ 15. Online registration closes Oct 3. Race day registration will also be available at Shelburne Beach in Shelburne, Vermont on Saturday October 5 from 8:00 a.m. – 8:45 a.m. for a $ 20 fee.
